Bill Halladay – President, Copper River Enterprise Services

As President of Copper River Enterprise Services, Mr. William Halladay has developed the strategy, P&L and growth plans for the Native Village of Eyak Tribe’s latest company. With over 28 years of experience working closely with Federal clients, manufacturers, integrators and partner companies, Mr. Halladay continually focuses on developing complimentary relationships and strategic services that increase Copper River Enterprise Services breadth and depth of their cloud, cyber security and physical security solutions offerings. It is this precision focus on professional services and solutions offerings that has enabled Copper River Enterprise Services to lead with a NAICs code of 541513-Data Center & Facilities Management to serve the needs of Federal, SLED and Commercial customers alike.

As an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation Certified professional, Mr. Halladay has managed over $150 Million of IT Services delivery to the Federal Government, having been personally accountable for profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for over 90 percent of those dollars. Mr. Halladay has managed efforts that have ranged from proposal development, pricing to execution and continual delivery of services to numerous Government customers.

Mr. Halladay has been honored with awards from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and Lockheed SASR for continual, on time completion of projects under budget. His services projects have consistently maintained an average customer satisfaction score of 95.6 percent. During his career Mr. Halladay has had many outstanding accomplishments, including managing the deployment of over 350 personnel in 15 days in support of 9/11. He has also developed custom designed service solutions for a variety of programs including over 200,000 deployments both CONUS and OCONUS. Setting Mr. Halladay apart, he is an expert at working collaboratively with his customers to develop appropriate and meaningful Service Level Agreements (SLA).
